I’ve heard about the Bolt Carrier exploding after about 500 shots on the GHK AK GBB’s.
Any problems so far? And how many bbs have you put through it?

really, that sucks. I havent had any problems like that yet. I wish i had wiated longer, because then i would have spent the money on the new KSC MP7 GBB.

not yet. The only thing is it runs out of gas faster when the mag gets cold, u just dont realize the mag is cold because its covered in plastic.

Hes right that is a common problem. No worries just get a Ra-Tech steel silver or black with N.P.A.S bolt carrier for $180 and you’ll have a sick fucking Ak. The KSC is nice but, its a 40 aniv. edition and its about $349 dollars w/o shipping from redwolf airsoft which is in HK. Currently I have a G&P WOC M16A4 GBB rifle and a WE-Tech version 2 M4 GBB rifle. I am thinking about getting a WE Scar GBB rifle next or getting a GHK or a VFC Ak GBB rifle and get the complete Ra-Tech bolt. Peace.

Maybe compared to this but, the Inokatsu M4 GBB rifle has more recoil then a .22 because, of its 150% recoil spring and my G&P WOC M16A4 GBB rifle and my WE-Tech version 2 M4 GBB rifle has more kick then a .22. Known from first hand of shooting both side by side along with a .22.

The AK105 actually has beefed up internals compared to the older AKS74U and AK74MN from RA-Tech. Even the version without the NPAS bolt has lots of internal reinforcements.

is the hop-up unit metal? if its the old plastic one, I may need to buy the metal one as well if I get this gun instead of pimping out an AGM M4.

5.45 cal
July 9th, 2009 at 2:52 pm
yea, its the 5.45×39mm round. The soviets decided to switch to it to go along with the new trend of using smaller lighter rounds that NATO was doing by switching over to the 5.56×45.
July 9th, 2009 at 7:40 pm
that song is on far cry 2, i must know what it is:D
July 9th, 2009 at 9:28 pm
5.45 caliber means the bullet is 5.45 in. long…
its actually around .22 cal…
July 9th, 2009 at 10:22 pm
5.45 is the diameter of the bullet (in mm) which is about .22in. the 39mm is how long the casing is.
